Multiplication is a practical way of adding. We can find the result of the sum of 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 by multiplying 6 by 4. The number we multiply is called multiplier while the number to be multiplied is called multiplicand. The result that we find as a result of the multiplication is called product.
